headmaster? I know that sensie is used generically for an instructor and "shihan" is used for a master instructor; but how do you distinguish one master from another. What if you were in a room with multiple people of a 7th degree black belt or higher; would you call all of them "shihan"? How would you refer the person with the highest rank of martial arts, or the headmaster--the person in charge of all instructors of that art?
