Im less than 3 weeks from my ship date... I was depped in last month so ive only had one month to fully prepare! I slack in running {my biggest issue} any tips on how to Prepare my body for the running and soon?!
Well try to improve ur running skills, drink lots of water, eat right! Like Vegetables, Fruits, MEAT.
And get used to water. So if u have like a local pool around somewhere i would go there and start getting really used ot the water and stuff.
