what time was it here on the east coast when the paratroopers landed in Normandy?

Because i have a timline that lays out the events of D-Day and everything and i know paris is 6 hours ahead but the problem is the timezone cuts directly through the center of the landing beaches in Normandy.....and London is also 1 hour behind Paris...so you can see the problem here. Really not any source is reliable unless it specifically tells you what time it was in EST. so anybody know right off their own knowledge or know a site that tells you?
