what time does walmart cell CDs?

i want the new trey songz album on September 14th 2010. That is when it comes out and by hook or by crook im going to get it on that day...so can anyone of you lovely ppl tell me what time walmart begins selling a CD on the day it comes out? is it 12 am the beginning of the day or 6 maybe? thanx
