What time does the new month start on go phone? Pick your plan specifically?

My phone has an auto pay feature for pay as you go (AT&T)... and it is supposed to have a new cycle today (4/13). However I tried to make a call at about 1AM and it still says I have no balance... anyone know what time you get your new balance for the month?
