What the heck is wrong with my honda?

I just replaced my catalytic converter on my civic about 10 minutes ago because my other one was bad. Well I put it on correctly and now it's worse than it was before. It's still bucking and stalling like it did with the other one but now it's also smoky and has a high pitch. I can't even go down down the driveway without it turning off. WHAT DID I DO WRONG?!
The computer result also came out as a bad O2 sensor... would the O2 sensor make the squealing sounds though?
 
maybe the part that u bought was the wrong one or defective. i think you should go to auto zone and tell the people that works there whats wrong with your car and im pretty sure they will tell u what you did wrong
