What the best car stereo if i want deep bass (for hip/hop-rap) from subs?

i have alpines and am getting a kicker CVX 10" With a Kendwood KAC-9104D amp for my 2000 Dodge dakota regular cab.

just wondering wat would be the best car stereo to get and would also like to know what four channel amp would be good for the speakers they are 6.5" in the front and 5.25" in the back,

pioneer hi-volt output plus they have the super tuner

cant recommend a specific amp without rms only brands. Jl audio is one of the best amps money can buy. almost anything cea certified
