i already play tennis for my arms, which is starting to show some real improvement when i added a few ounces onto my racket.
i do treadmill and beep test a few times a week for my legs,
but my abs n shoulders are still small. what are some team sports that'll help to work them out? i don't really care how much it works them out, just as long as it does (please dont say swimming =P )
