What tax rules are there if I buy a widget in Texas and sell it in New Mexico?

If I buy something from a supplier in Texas and sell it in New Mexico, to whom do I pay sales tax or any other tax? Is the original purchase from the supplier tax exempt, or do I pay taxes to Texas since I'm going out-of-state?
