What t-mobile smartphone would you get?

I would like to get a smartphone. I'm on T-Mobile, I really like the carrier and I'm not switching. I'm currently looking at the HTC G1 (Google Phone) but there's also the new HTC MyTouch coming out that is also running on Android but with no keyboard. I can wait for that but I also like the physical keyboard on the G1.

Would you get the G1 or the MyTouch, or any other smartphone offered on the T-Mobile network and why?
 
I have the Blackberry Curve 8900 and i absolutely love it. They keyboard is awesome to use, the screen is amazing and all the features are great.
 
From my perspective, I would get the G1. The G1 is supported by Google, which gives you a hint of reassurance that it's going to be a reliable well working phone. Not to mention the fact that usually the first generation of any touchscreen phone would have some flaws. For example- Take the iPhone 1st generation; it got wonderful reviews, until about 2 months later, then all of these phones started having technical difficulties. BUT, there is some pros to getting a newly created phone; when they break you get a new one for absolutely free of charge, unless you didn't get the warranty, or course :P
