I purchased something that was described as something I was interested in, but did not receive what was described, in other words I was ripped off. I paid with my credit card, I contacted the company who ripped me off, but they did not respond, so I' am planning to take more actions. I remember in economics class we learned that there are things you can do and people you can contact, when you did not get what was described. What should I do?
