I've got a bit of a belly and i'm fed up of it to be honest. I just wanna be more attractive to girls
and feel more healthier.
It's not really a strong 6-pack I want with big muscles, but I'd like it so you could see stomach muscles or your stomach looks bit more tense.
I do a lot of cycling, but what else other than sit-ups can I do?
