During workouts I use gatorade. There are many others in the markets. There are some that don't do my stomach right.
Now for an after workout drink I recommend something with protein. I don't buy the expensive kind. I buy two 5lb jugs of 100% whey protein. It will cost me about $75 but using them once a day it will last me a little over a year. That really is cheaper than other brands. I mix one scope of that with one scope of gatorade. that is my after workout drink.
