What sport's draft means the most to its teams?

in my opinion:

1.NBA
2.NFL
3.NHL
4.MLB

Reason: one basketball player can TOTALLY change a team.
A football player in the right decision can make a difference.
 
NBA or NFL
-NBA - one guy can make or break the team
-same with the NFL - look at Brady - a dynasty is in the works
