I have not played a sport since I was 4 years old, and I don’t know what sport my body would be best for – if any.
Because I do not do sports, I am not very fit b/c I don’t have to exercise for one. However, I am a tall (close to 6’), 16 year old male that is rather flexible due to my interest in swimming. Although I may be flexible, I am not super thin. Although I have a larger behind, my legs and calves are ok. I also have a little fat on my stomach; because of this, I want to find a sport that would tone these areas. My arms are not that big as well. I am 170 lbs. I don’t like running too much, especially LONG running. I DO like doing stretches and pilates-like exercises. I am not looking for a varsity title, just something I could get involved in. Doesn’t even have to be in school. Thanks.
