I am getting so bored at home after work… I want to take up a martial art or self defense class. What should I take? I'm 19, in fairly good shape, but never done any of these kinds of sports before; I'm more used to volleyball, swimming and hockey. These are my options:
1. Tae Kyon Do
2. Karate
3. Judo
4. Kickboxing
5. Pole dancing.... joke.. that's not included XDD
