what sport should i join if i am 14 years old and i have nver played a sport before?

I am a 14 yo girl and i love sport but i have never played in a team before. The problem is if you want to join a team at my age normally most sports (ie. netball, soccer, football) dont let you unless you at least know how to play the game or have played before. I'd be happy with any sport from jymnastics and dance to rugby or soccer
