What sport is good for a preteen couch potato who s ALWAYS online?

Yup, it's me. I need some help, I WANT to exercise but I am a couch potaterrr. I love being on myspace and Y!A ALL day long. I really want to join a sport but I have no clue what to pick? I suck at catching stuff. My mom recommended tennis? My back muscle isn't that strong but I'm working on it (by my posture b/c it builds back muscle). I used to be in tumbling and I absolutely LOVED it besides that fact that EVERY time I jumped or did a flip I'd pull my back muscle (that started about the last 1 year I was in tumbling so I quit. I wonder if karate would be good for me? Any recommendations?
I'm kind of shy and non-confrontational so in sports I REFUSE to steal the soccer or basketball so I don't think I'd be good at that. I just need to get MOVING! Any help?
