Im 16 and taking a fitness class in school (we run a few kilometers a couple times a week and do workouts the other days) and i work out at home. but for the summer i really want to try something new thats a great workout, but easy to get into.
I was thinking yoga, kickboxing, or tennis, but im not sure. which sports or activties would be a reallu good workout in the summer?
