This is my first year doing track and I'm a freshman. I started track last week and I'm going to need spikes. My coach said I'll probably be running the 400m. What would be good spikes for me? I'm a girl, 14 years old. Links would be helpful. Also today in practice we had to do a 400m sprint twice and I was so tired afterward and hadn't even done very well. How can I improve this?
