C Cola Guest Apr 28, 2009 #2 Depends on whether you still want it to taste like fish or if you want it cover up the fishy taste. Lemon juice and garlic always go well with fish; even breaded and fried fish. I usually use garlic salt. Cilantro is good on fish as well.
