I am 14 years old and 5'5". I am a little on the overweight side but I would like to increase my performance in the pool by wearing a speedo (not jammers or a water suit, but a speedo). I want to wear a speedo that does not reveal too much (because there are other "spectators" in the gym swimming pool who can see how fat I am (but you get that by wearing swimming trunks anyways) and my bulge (uhhh....yeah. Parents will turn their kids away if they are in the gym swimming pool) but also reduces drag to the point that I can swim my fastest. What speedo should I wear to the gym swimming pool so I can look serious about my swimming and not those people who just play in the water while also reducing drag in the water so I can swim my fastest while not revealing too much fat or bulge? I DO NOT want my parents to spend something over $60 so please limit the price to $60. Links to the speedo site of specific swimwear would be helpful.
I also want to wear a speedo that my parents will approve of and actually buy. So not those speedos that look too revealing, flashy, or white. Just maybe a speedo brief is enough.
