What speed of film should I use if I'm shooting indoors without a flash?

Shooting with a Nikon N80 inside of a hotel. I'm shooting a model, so it will be fashion-y. I will not be using a tripod.

100, 400, 800?
Its going to be dark. Soft, yellow lighting (its at the Ritz Carlton).

No fancy lens. Ah hell, but I might not shoot the whole roll indoors.

Should I be safe and go 400?
