what speakers amplifier and subwoofer should I buy for my 1999 jeep grand cherokee?

Im not sure how i should go about this, i currently have 6-9 speakers in the front, 6-5 speakers in the back and a infinity 180w amp. I also have tweeters in the dashboard. Im under the impression i should buy Component system speakers..is that true? Also i was wondering if buying on amazon was a good option? My idea was to buy Alpine type r speakers , a 300 watt alpine amplifier and a low end to average 12" subwoofer..is that a good idea? Also Best buy charges $200 to install all three parts...is this a rip off? please let me know as soon as possible
