What sort of nail polish should I wear?

Its for a party..
Its in the summer, I am wearing a navy dress, black shoes, no tights and simple makeup. I am tanned if that makes a difference...
I have no idea what sort of nail polish I should wear that would compliment my dress/skin tone.
Any pictures too would be amazing :)
