A single male, earning $86,000 annually before taxes, in Canada. (Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, etc.)
Assuming this person doesn't carry any debt, with the possible exception of a mortgage.
What sort of house/car etc. would someone at this income level be able to afford, while still living within their means?
Just kind of wondering. This is slightly above the median income for married couple households, and I'm curious just how much of a difference it makes when living alone.
