What sort of furniture/accent peices/paint/flooring would you use?

The look I'm going for is sort of an "earthy zen" fused with a sort of "modern industrial." What color would you paint the room? What sort of flooring?
If you like, post links to pictures of the things you would use (furniture, etc.)
I've already got a picture in my mind of what I want, but I'm curious to see what everybody else posts... It may give me some great ideas :)
