What sort of foods should i eat to lose weight?? & what exercise?

Beans.
Toast.
Jacket potatoes.
vegetables - broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, sweetcorn.
Fruit - apples mainly.
Eggs maybe or omlettes?


Also is pasta healthy on a weight loss diet? or no use?

and what drinks to drink other than water?
