I am 17 years old, 5'3", and I weigh 110 pounds. What sort of exercises can I do to keep in shape, but not bulk up in muscle?
I want to mainly tone my thighs, stomach, and butt. My stomach needs the most work because that's where all the fat goes when I eat. I really want to get into shape for summer. Also, how do you get skinnier arms? Does lifting weights tone your arms?
Also is running a good way to lose weight? I tried running, but all it did was bulk up my legs with muscles, and it didn't seem to do that much. Should I give running another chance?
I just would like to have some exercise options since summer vacation is coming up soon, and I want to be prepared and reading to lose weight and be happy!
