What song is this? Upbeat, dance song, featured on Dancing with the Stars.?

It was on Dancing with the Stars with two dancers dressed like Aliens.

In the beginning some lyrics (I believe) were:
"Space ball freak freak, move your body all over the place. Space ball freak freak move your body to the base (bass?)
Space ball freak freak, move your body to the beat."

I think those are the lyrics...then it went into a dancing beat that sounds a bit like techno.
Does anyone know what song this is?
