ive only seen the video, there is a girl who has a dress with a smiley face on the front and bumblebee print on the back and i think shes singing in french(?) - its like really upbeat and u can catch the video on the mtv vma loop, if u belong to a gym, they mite play it there, it just shows old spoofs and performances in past vmas and a pair of alternative artists including the one im talking about
