...into line art? I am looking for a software, that takes graphics (clip art, paintings, maybe even photos), and adds outlining around every part of them, making them look like line art.
By the same token, that software must also be able to transform color pictures into B & W pictures, without turning them into some sort of ugly mess. In other words, it should be able to drain all color from the pictures, leaving any multi-colored outlines intact, but in B & W.
Finally, FreeWare would be nice, but isn't mandatory.
