what software can fix corrupted cellphone memory card?

when i open my cellphone and see my gallery its empty and when i capture pictures from my cellphone it says that the memory card was not available................... and when i see the details of my memory card it says that it was corrupted and it cannot be formatted even i use a card reader and format it to my computer it says that unable to format

So i am seeking for your help please give me some software that can fix my problem please.
