what size tire can i go up to on a 1997 dodge 1500 4X4 with out changing

the speedometer? what size tire can i go up to on a 1997 dodge 1500 4X4 with out changing the speedometer i have 245/75 /16 tires on it now but want to go bigger with out changing the speedometer
