You want a 34.5 X .65 X 2.54 = 56.95 cm frame. The bike shop will help you with the fitting one manufactures 56 cm bike will be a little different the the next one. You have very long legs for someone that is only 5 ft 7 so you need fitted at a bike shop so they can change the handle bar stem to fit you better.
