What size exhaust tip should I buy for a 2004 Chevy Impala?

I am looking to purchase a Gibson chrome exhaust tip for my 2004 impala. What inlet size, outlet size, and length will work best? I'm not sure whether to get one that is 8" in length or 12" in length?
