Assuming I'm buying clothing for someone that has given me measurements roughly about

Height: 5'9" to 5'11"

Bust: 31-35"
Waist: 22-25"
Hips: 32-36"
What size clothing should I buy for them?

Skirt size?
Pants size?
Shirt size?
Dress size?
Swimsuit size?
