What size bike should I get for city riding?

I am almost 5'2" and about 110 pounds. I need a bike that is lightweight. I won't be buying new, so what brands should I be on the look out for. And what kind of bike lock is the best and not that expensive? Thanks!
 
Look for a Trek, Giant, Specialized, Fuji, Cannondale, Raleigh, Jamis, and a few others. For the size take you inseam x .65 for a hybrid or commuter bike.
