What site tells where electronics are in their life cycle?

A while back I bought a TV and found a site that told where in its life cycle it was, but I can't remember what site. It would say whether it was at "peak" "past its prime" or "retired" and more in a graph like image. There were more ratings than that and it might have been worded differently, but that's pretty much it.
