Have you thought of running a contest in your local town and getting the public involved with naming your restaurant? It would be a good public relations ploy. It would be great advertising. You could give the winner a free meal once a week for a month, for 6 months, or for a year or a gift certificate in the amount of $100.00 or how ever much, for your restaurant! I really think this would be the way to go. It would be a lot of fun.
