I'm looking at a 2008 cbr600rr. the bike was running for maybe 30 mins outside and its maybe 40 degrees farenheit outside. the little engine oil temperature indicator on the dash was going between 215 and 220 degrees farenheit when idling. is this normal?
also i noticed the rpms go up to like 15000. whats good rpm to shift at. i was shifting at around 5-6k when going to second gear during a test drive.
