I am so tired of applying for loans and getting shut down. I want to get a loan at a good rate from a bank. a personal loan. obviously a decent salary and a good credit score is necessary, but EXACTLY how high do they need to be? is there a ratio? should the loan be 1/3 of my annual salary?
Is there a general rule of thumb to follow when thinking about requesting a loan? a way to simply look at my financial situation and say " i could get a loan for "this much" easy with my current financial situation".
or better yet say: " if i want a loan for this much at this rate i need to be making "this much" a year, and have a "blank" FICO score"
