What should i work on in my exercises so my chest looks normal?

im 6'2. 17 years old male. and 160 pounds. Ive been lifting only dumbells for like 2 or 3 months nwo and ive gotten my arms bigger. I worked on my Biceps, Triceps, forearms and ive been doing alot more push ups than i used to be so my pecks are starting to get more muscle. the thing is that im really skinny for my height and i wanna change that especially on my chest.

the biggest thing about my chest that bothers me is theres like no meat or fat around my collar bone like it sticks out. should i work on my lats? by the way i have no idea what those are haha i just hear those and i dont go to the gym i just have two 12pound dumbbells that i use.

i just looked up what lats are and mine arent big. So would working on those help?
