What should I wear to Traffic court?

I got pulled over and I got caught driving with only a drivers permit. What sucks is that the date for getting my real license was only a few weeks away... Anyway, I'm wondering what i should wear, because this is a class 3 misdemeanor or something, its kind of a big deal. Should i dress formal formal? or kaki's or what...
 
Dress in your nicest clothes.

You want leniency from the judge, so wear good clothes, say "Yes, your Honor" and "No, your Honor."
