I want to look fun and not campish like all dirty and plain, i want to be F.U.N!!!

So how can i accomplish this look and make people think i am nice and cool.
I am ariving a day late so this is why i need to know, thanks<3
 
Ware some Bright colors and something nice and warm that compliments your skin tone. Capris something normal nothing to sassy or outstanding.
