I got accepted into a high school research internship at a local medical school. My mom said that it's fine for me to show up in a T-shirt and non-ripped jeans and sneakers, but I was wondering if I should dress up more. I don't really have anything fancier. Would a button-down shirt and tan pants with sneakers be okay?
I have no clue how casual it is, but it's working in a lab with lab coats. I just don't want to be over or under-dressed, or buy clothes that I don't need.
