What should i use to go fishing on a beach in Florida?

This week im going to a hotel in Florida around the pan handel on a beach, I want to fishing of the shore and i'm borrowing my Friends deep sea fishing pole but i dont know what to buy. I want to catch pretty big fish. But idon'tt know what to bring. And i do want to catch like 1 baby shark and other big fish. I need some stuff but idon'tt know what to bring.
