I'm 21 and while I tried several sports as a child (martial arts, swimming, dance) I never liked anything and most of my life never did anything exercise-wise.
I try to play DDR/Stepmania (dancing game) every other week/every week, but sometimes I skip it... for a while.
Now I want to start exercising, and I'm open to try pretty much anything... I know that I just have to try something for a while before I can say I don't like it/do like it... But what do I start with?
... What are good and most of all FUN sports/exercise thing for beginners... Something that can be fun even after just a few lessons. And something that's actually good for my health/weight as well.
