What should I say to this man who never talked to me after our last date?

This guy has not called me back for 9 days now. I have been making the effort to call him and make plans for the last two times we hung out and after our last date I decided that it was his turn to make the plans for next time so I knew I wasn't the only one who wants the relationship. After this this much time went by I think I have taken the hint that he doesn't want to see me. It is hard though because I am a virgin and he is the first person I actually trusted enough to touch me down there, which might have been a bad idea because now I have a strong attraction to him. I we have been seeing each other about once a week for almost three months, he is 24 and I am 18 (I think thats kind of common in manhattan dating even though at first I was skeptical of the age difference). Anyway Its okay that he doesn't want to be with me, I can understand that but Im not the kind of person who will let someone come that close to me and drop off the face of the earth, never to be heard from again just because he didnt call. I dont want to be ignored and have me and him act like this relationship never happened so I want to text him or something... but I dont know what to say.
