what should i say to a girl who i havent talked to since november?

ok so there is this girl and her and i have hooked up before. but idk there were moments where i completley screwed things up bc i was awkward...its only because i thought she wasnt interested in me and i thought she was way outta my league...but i guess she did want me

anyways, i havent talked to her since november and i want to just talk to her and what not. what should i say haha should i just noncholantley say "hey" or....?
